Music video
As told by producers of STF, The original pitch for the music video was to create an abstract collage of conceptual short clips stitched together. These clips were envisioned using surreal imagery from many different sources that reflected the lyrics of the song. However, the final version that ended up being released on Youtube is a black and white video shot in an abandoned construction site in Saligao, Goa, India. An eye as its thumbnail, this video is heavily edited in post production using different clips capturing Rahk and A. Dman performing multiple acts in that space, such as doing graffiti over 12 ft black canvas, breaking broken speakers and appliances, rapping and performing with gusto and rage. It’s an energy packed visual that reflects the energy of the song as it rises, dips and flows.
Many stills from the video, however, can be extracted and made into postcards, t-shirt designs and much more. It is just beautifully absurd that explores and expands the expression of B/W style.
There is a second video which is a performance video with a much cleaner and clearer post-production. Click here to watch.
